1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the types of projects and activities that PyChicken LLC will and will not support through its services. By engaging PyChicken, you agree to comply with this AUP, which forms part of our Terms of Service.


2. Permitted Uses

PyChicken's services may be used for lawful business purposes, including:

  • Legitimate software products and platforms
  • E-commerce and business applications
  • Content management and publishing systems
  • Internal business tools and automation
  • Financial and trading applications (with appropriate licensing)
  • Creative, marketing, and design work
  • Educational platforms and tools

3. Prohibited Uses

PyChicken will not provide services for projects that involve, enable, or facilitate any of the following:

3.1 Illegal Activities

  • Any project that violates local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Unauthorized access to computer systems, networks, or data (hacking, cracking, exploits).
  • Distribution of malware, ransomware, spyware, adware, or other malicious code.
  • Fraud, identity theft, phishing, or social engineering schemes.
  • Copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or other intellectual property violations.

3.2 Harmful Content and Activities

  • Content that sexually exploits or abuses minors (CSAM) in any form.
  • Content designed to harass, stalk, bully, or intimidate individuals.
  • Content that incites violence, terrorism, or hatred against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery or "deepfake" technology intended to harm individuals.

3.3 Deceptive Practices

  • Fake news platforms, disinformation campaigns, or coordinated inauthentic behavior.
  • Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or artificial engagement/follower services.
  • Deceptive advertising or consumer fraud schemes.
  • Unauthorized automated data scraping that violates third-party terms of service.

3.4 Regulated Activities Without Proper Authorization

  • Online gambling or gaming of chance platforms without applicable licenses.
  • Sale or distribution of controlled substances, prescription drugs, or regulated products without proper authorization.
  • Financial services (lending, investment, insurance) without required regulatory compliance.
  • Healthcare or medical services without appropriate licensing and regulatory compliance.
  • Legal services that constitute unauthorized practice of law.

3.5 Surveillance and Privacy Violations

  • Stalkerware, employee monitoring software that operates without user consent, or any surveillance tools designed to be hidden from monitored individuals.
  • Mass data collection or aggregation of personal data without proper legal basis.
  • Facial recognition systems intended for unauthorized surveillance.

4. Sanctions Compliance

PyChicken LLC complies with all applicable US export control laws and regulations, including economic sanctions programs administered and enforced by the US Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC") and the US Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security ("BIS").

4.1 Restricted Persons and Countries

PyChicken will not knowingly provide services to:

  • Individuals or entities located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in any country or territory subject to comprehensive US sanctions, including but not limited to:

    • Cuba
    • Iran
    • North Korea (Democratic People's Republic of Korea)
    • Russia (in connection with sanctioned sectors or designated individuals)
    • Syria
    • The Crimea region of Ukraine
    • The Donetsk People's Republic (DNR) and Luhansk People's Republic (LNR) regions of Ukraine
    • Belarus (in connection with sanctioned sectors or designated individuals)
  • Individuals or entities that appear on US Government restricted party lists, including:

    • OFAC's Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN) List
    • OFAC's Consolidated Sanctions List
    • BIS Entity List
    • US Department of State Debarred Parties List

4.2 Client Representations

By engaging PyChicken's services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are not located in, organized under the laws of, or owned or controlled by any entity in any country or territory subject to comprehensive US sanctions.
  • You are not named on any US Government restricted party list.
  • The services will not be used in connection with any activity that would violate US sanctions laws.
  • You will promptly notify PyChicken if any of the above representations cease to be accurate.

4.3 Verification and Termination

PyChicken reserves the right to conduct sanctions screening and to request documentation confirming the Client's identity and location. If PyChicken determines that continued performance of services would violate applicable sanctions laws, it may immediately terminate the engagement and refund any prepaid unused fees.


5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any use of PyChicken's services that violates this AUP, please report it to legal@pychicken.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.


6. Enforcement

PyChicken reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or decline any project at our sole discretion.
  • Immediately terminate an engagement upon discovery of AUP violations.
  • Report illegal activities to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
  • Retain any evidence of violations as required by law.

PyChicken is not obligated to monitor projects for AUP compliance, but we may do so in our discretion.


7. Consequences of Violation

Violation of this AUP may result in:

  • Immediate termination of the engagement without refund.
  • Reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
  • Civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

8. Changes to This Policy

PyChicken may update this AUP at any time by posting a revised version on the Website. Your continued use of Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
