sheet 02 — your path

I want the tech off my mind

Steady care. A phone that gets answered. A predictable bill. The boring work we've lived on for years.

01
What's usually going on

Boring, steady care. Our favourite kind of work.

Hosting, website, e-mail, updates, small fixes, and a straight answer before you buy something. Some of our clients have been with us for years — because the phone gets picked up and the invoice looks the same every month.

Ask:

How fast do you react?

As fast as we agreed in writing. We'd rather promise less and keep it.

Can you take over from someone else?

Yes. It usually starts with a short read-only audit so we know what we're taking over.

02
How we go about it

A response time in writing. Not "we'll do our best".

We agree how fast we react, put it on paper, and get measured against it. You get one contact who knows your setup, and a short monthly note on what happened — even when nothing did.

03
What it takes

One monthly amount. No surprises.

A retainer sized to your setup. Bigger jobs are quoted separately, always before, never after. Cancel any month; we don't lock people in.
